Midnight Madness is a friendly nighttime competition being held at Crossfit Jenks. We thought it would be fun to kick off the new Open Season with some Crossfit and beer. What could be better?? Here are the details. 

Everyone is encouraged to participate. This isn't just for the Crossfit Junkies. Every person will be able to compete and complete these workouts, so sign up and see what you've got! Friends and families are invited. 

There will be two divisions, a Rx'd and Scaled so ALL athletes can compete.

We will also be having a Crossfit Jenks Social after the competition, so stick around and mingle!  

Athletes will arrive at Jenks at 7:00 pm to sign in and receive heat/partner assignments

Rules and other instructions will be announced at 7:30 pm

First Heat will begin at 7:45 pm.

Each athlete will be paired with another competing athlete not in the same heat. Athlete partners will judge and count reps for other partners to ensure no cheating occurs.

Workouts are announced on this website the morning of March 11th. 

Cost per athlete is $25; price includes t-shirt.
